Today i want to talk about 3 CB songs: "spaceman", "the other people" and "crashing and burning"

Most CB fans that are new to the fandom and Cinema Bizarre's music dont know about them, as they are not on spotify or any other streaming service, so ive uploaded all of these songs on soundcloud, so you guys could listen to them!! :3

The first song we're gonna talk about is the song "spaceman":

This is a cover of Babylon Zoo's song of the same name and it was only released on the german limited edition CD of the album "Final Attraction" in 2007 and was featured as a bonus 15th song on the album.

Most of the song is sang by Luminor, and Strify is more of a 2nd vocalist in this cover; this song was sometimes performed on concerts in 2007/2008.

In one interview, Luminor said that "Spaceman" was one of the first songs Cinema Bizarre tried performing together as a band.

Now lets talk about the song "the other people"!

"The other people" is a song included in the "Escape to the stars"  limited edition maxi single CD as a bonus track, which was released in 2007.

From what I've seen they performed this song live a lot more times than "spaceman" (in guessing its because Luminor didnt sing in this song as much as in "spaceman" and when he left the band Strify didnt need as much vocal support from him singing "the other people" so he could confidently sing all of the song by himself)

And finally, lets talk about "crashing and burning" a bit!!!

"Crashing and Burning" was included as a bonus track on the "I came 2 party" limited edition maxi  single CD version in 2009.

The acoustic version of the song was always performed at concerts in 2008 and 2009, where Strify would sing and Yu would play acoustic guitar.

we've come to an end of this 5 piece series of blog entries about all of the members, and there's only Lumi left!!

god, i love him so much and i cant believe that he's gone 💔

for all of the fans that don't know, Lumi passed away 4 years ago, on April 12, 2020 and i still cant live with this fact :(

story time: when i first started to listen to CB more than a year ago, when i found out that Lumi passed away, i'm not joking, I CRIED FOR LIKE 4 DAYS IN A ROW on random moments of the day when i was listening to CB and when i was lying in bed at night, trying to sleep 💔

its been really hot these days, and i dont really have energy to do anything, but i cant miss the opportunity to yap more about CB!! :D

we're almost done with the series of blog posts about all of the members, its just Shin and Luminor left =] (cuz i dont wanna cover the creature cuz hes not really relevant and didnt do anything good for the band, and he also made out amazing boyz broke up </3)

Real name: Marcel Gothow

Name Origin: 'Shinya' is the name of the drummer from the visual kei band Dir en Grey, who is Shin's idol. 'Shin' is a shortened version of 'Shinya'.

Age: 18 (in 2007, but hes 35 years old in 2025)

Birthday: December 12th, 1989

Birthplace: Berlin

I actually found a real goldmine, as someone on livejournal has posted multiple questionaires where people would give questions to CB members and they would answer them! (i also added more info about Strify as i read some interviews with him today and he yapped a lot about himself there, so i put some of the things he said there into the "facts about him" section)
