Let’s talk about Cinema Bizarre’s lineup over the years. >_<
Cinema Bizarre had five members, and here’s how the lineup changed throughout the band’s active years:
Initially, before the band was fully formed, members Strify, Kiro and Yu met at a German anime convention "Animagic" in 2005 and decided to form a band. Shin and Luminor soon joined the band after meeting the other members through online chatrooms.
So from the final formation of the band in 2007 until November 27, 2008, the lineup was:
STRIFY: vocalsYU: guitar
KIRO: bass
SHIN: drums
LUMINOR: keyboard & 2nd vocal
However, on November 27, 2008, Luminor announced on his personal MySpace account that he would be leaving the band due to ongoing health issues. Even before this, his condition had caused him to miss several live performances - although he still traveled with the band to all shows. To avoid canceling concerts, Yu's friend Romeo (known as "Rom3o" on MySpace) would fill in for Luminor during these performances.
Since Luminor was also the second vocalist, Strify had to cover Luminor’s vocal parts live whenever Romeo stepped in - because Romeo only handled the keyboard. (and because he's not our amazing Lumi who can sing and play the keyboard at the same time).
The news of Lumi leaving the band made many fans sad and raised concerns about the band's future. But it was later announced that Romeo would stay in the band in Luminor's place and the band will continue working together, just without Lumi ( 💔 )
From November 27, 2008 up until their breakup on January 21, 2010, the final lineup of Cinema Bizarre was:
STRIFY: vocals
YU: guitar
KIRO: bass
SHIN: drums
ROMEO: keyboard
(I tried not to crash out when i was talking about that creature Romeo cuz im devastated to know that our angel Lumi had to leave and that creature had to stay 💔)
